    Lots of warmed mulled juice, cranberry and crabapple juice has the highest vitamin C- I add raw honey to sweeten for the grand kids.

    We do a few things to keep our kiddo healthy during the winter. We made sure to get our flu shot to help keep that nasty bug away. We make sure to wash and sanitize our hands, especially after being out in public. I’ve learned that little kids like to touch EVERYTHING for no reason! We like to make sure that whenever we go outdoors we’re bundled up appropriately to help prevent getting a cold. And we always take our vitamins!
