To initiate a visit with a clinician you select the patient, complete questions surrounding their symptoms, then you are connected to a clinician to be examined. The clinicians you see via Sanford Health are certified, experienced in treating urgent care conditions, and are specifically trained in performing visits online.
You are guided through the process, step by step. You can do this exam on yourself, even if trying to get a good picture of my own uvula was somewhat tricky, the clinicians are very patient. Once diagnosed, if your condition warrants a prescription this can be sent in for you to pick up at your local pharmacy.

OMGosh! why couldn’t they have had something like this when my kids were little and then we would of known when the kids had ear infections or strep. This would of been really wonderful! Plus we wouldn’t have had to take the kids out in the cold!
I didn’t know anything like this existed. It would be nice to use when my daughter was too sick to see the Dr or they couldn’t see her right away.
