The Magic School Bus: Rides Again Themed Kits To Teach A New Generation The Wonders Of Flight, Rainbows, Nature, Space & More
It has been so much fun watching The Magic School Bus Rides Again with Gradie. I remember the wonder and awe I felt when watching The Magic School Bus as a child and now seeing it through Gradie’s eyes is so amazing. She loves learning, she watches intently, soaking in everything happening in the show.
When I was approached to review the The Young Scientists Club award-winning science kits new line of The Magic School themed kits I couldn’t say no. The Young Scientists Club has featured The Magic School Bus for over 10 years, but has recently updated the kits to include Ms. Frizzle’s sister, Fiona Felicity Frizzle, Arnold, Ralphie and the 5th grade class they are a part of in The Magic School Bus Rides Again.
We received three Magic School Bus Rides Again science kits;
These kits are all designed for kids aged 5 and up – introducing young kids to everyday STEM concepts. Gradie is on the young side for these kits, but when we joined forces with her to assist, we had a great time and learned new things.
Growing Crazy Crystals
Ms. Frizzle and her students take Young Scientists on a wild ride by growing crazy crystals. Young Scientists explore sugar and salt crystals, grow rock candy, make a crystal star, create crystal art, grow a salt crystal garden, make Epsom salt crystals, create a geode, grow a crystal tree, and there’s even more. This kit comes with an observation chart to keep track of the crazy crystal growth.
Gradie thought this kit was super fun, despite having to work on her patience as things were growing and changing.
Seatbelts everyone! Get ready to Grow Crazy Crystals!
The World of Germs
I don’t know about your kids but mine loves to learn all about germs, what they do and how to avoid them, but that doesn’t take away her desire to play with icky things. With this kit Ms Frizzle and her students take Young Scientists on a wild ride into the world of germs with these thrilling experiments.
They’ll grow bacteria and fungi, test antibiotics, make a fungus bubble, explore antibiotics, grow mold, wake up fungi, cultivate bacteria in yogurt, use yeast to inflate a balloon, and much, much more!
Seatbelts, everyone! Get ready to discover The World of Germs!
Explore the Wonders of Nature
It is so much fun heading outdoors with our kiddos and with this kit you can do just that. Join Ms. Frizzle and her students as they take a wild ride into nature and all it has to teach us.
Young Scientists make a bug house, find treasures on a scavenger hunt, cast an animal track, create a paper mãché ant, learn about the life cycle, build an ant farm, explore sun prints, construct leaf art, dry flowers, dissolve an egg shell, play the animal tracks game, and, of course, a whole bunch more.
Seatbelts everyone! Get ready to Explore the Wonders of Nature!
At just $19.99 each these kits are affordable and keep the kids entertained for hours – truly a wonderful idea to put under the tree these holidays.
Head over to the The Young Scientists Club website to see all that they have to offer in The Magic School Bus line, along with their other amazing offerings. Also follow via their social media outlets to keep up to date on all they have to offer our children;
