We’ve worked with See Kai Run many times over the past few years and every single time we absolutely love what we receive. We are happy that Gradie and her cousin Blake will both be running around in See Kai Run Boots this winter and we know that their feet will be warm and happy. This year I am glad to review the Abby II Waterproof/Insulated girls boot and the Gilman Waterproof/Insulated boys boot.
Both boots are similar and offer the same great features and protections we’ve come to know and love from See Kai Run.
Both provide seam-sealed, waterproof membrane construction with a water gusset that keeps water and debris out. Also, both pairs feature 3M ThinsulateTM thermal lining and have an insole that protects up to -35° delivering 360-degree insulation. Fancy ways for saying they really do their job of keeping your kids feet warm, even in the most extreme cold.
As you can see they have a rugged rubber outsole which is designed for maximum grip on snowy and wet surfaces.
The Abby and Gilman both have a hook and loop strap that makes getting the boots on and off easy for our kids little hands and also allows for a nice secure fit.
The Abby II has a cute floral print on it along with a leather outer portion of the boot along with a rubber toe cap to keep the shoe and your child’s toes safe as they run around and play.
The Gilman boot too has the rubber toe cap for added durability and features a leather outer boot along with a faux fur cuff.
While we haven’t hit the heart of winter in Minnesota, yet, Gradie and Blake have had a great time testing out their See Kai Run boots and I am confident they’ll hold up to the cold days ahead.

I love the quality of See Kai Run shoes…we’ve had many pairs over the years. I just wish they had them in larger sizes for older kids.

I really like these boots and I know both of my girls would think that they are adorable as well. I love how well made they are as well, and the fur inside will keep their feet extra warm!

These are wonderful boots for kids. They don’t even know if they are getting frostbite playing outside, these will keep their little tootsies warm and comfy, not to worry.
