It’a amazing how much changes in a short period of time. Gradie was born just under 5 years ago and now that she has a sibling it is mind blowing to see just how much has changed in these 5 years. One of the biggest change I’ve seen is in baby monitors.

I love how clear the picture is that you get and that you’re able to see it directly on your phone. That’s right, you see all on your phone via the Safety 1st mobile app. It gives me notification when there is sound detected and every time motion is detected. With 720p clear video quality you’ll be amazed by the quality.
Day or night I am able to see baby Hazel clearly as well as hearing if she is unhappy. As you can see in the screenshots I have included you are able to get a full view of the entire nursery, I am not attempting to pan and tilt the monitor in order to see what I need to see.
In addition to the monitor and the app on your phone, there is the smart audio unit. If you don’t have your phone with you you’ll still be notified of noise and motion. The smart audio unit allows you to talk to baby via the two-way talk system, allowing you to comfort baby from anywhere in the home. With a 12+ hour battery life the smart audio unit definitely makes this camera that much more appealing.
Setting up the monitor was simple and easy to follow. While viewing video you are also able to zoom in, all the while keeping the same great video quality.
Safety 1st has our safety in mind as they’ve made these monitors with AES 256-bit data encryption and enhanced security chip, which sets up a separate firewall between the monitor and the home’s internet connection to ensure true privacy. No one is able to ‘hack’ into your video stream, providing you with peace of mind.

I love that you can see the baby I wish they had this when my kids were baby s it would of made it easier to check on them and not have to open the door to do it. This would be AWESOME for my nephew who is expecting his first child in August.

I love helpful technology like this! I think that baby monitors can come in handy for other uses as well. For example, they are a great tool for when you have a family member who is elderly and in need of care, or sick and you don’t want to expose the rest of your household. You can even use this to keep an eye on pets!
