This past September Gradie started attending Everbrook Academy for preschool and daycare. After sharing a few photos of her new adventure, the wonderful folks over at Everbrook reached out to me to ask if I’d like to share more about them with my followers. As you know, I only share experiences, products, etc. that we honestly use in our own lives. Therefore, saying YES to this request was so easy.
Everbrook Academy is newer to Minnesota, but has a solid, proven track record in other states, with great growth coming in 2018, and I am excited to tell you why we love it.
We were looking for a preschool program where Gradie would learn and truly be ready for kindergarten next fall. Everbrook’s STEAM curriculum is what we were looking for as it helps kids develop 21st century learning skills.
Gradie gets to enjoy time on a tablet that is decked out with kid appropriate learning apps; she plays with robotic toys, and has basic coding lessons. Of course, this is mixed in with group time, learning, drawing, and playing – all the things our kids love.
Besides for curriculum, we wanted a (pre)school experience where we would be able to monitor her progress and be able to easily to connect with her teachers throughout the day and Everbrook offers us all of this.
With 2 apps on our phones (or via laptop/desktop) we are able to watch her classroom from 2 different angles throughout the day, via the ‘Watch Me Grow’ app and we receive ‘play-by-play’ progress reports all day via the Bright Wheel app. Both are shown below as they show up on my phone.
Two of our favorite features offered by the Bright Wheel app is receiving photos of Gradie during the day and being able to send direct messages to her teachers as needed.
If you’re looking for a great fit for your child’s daycare needs I highly encourage you to check out an Everbrook Academy near you. With care starting at newborn through junior kindergarten, plus before and after school care & summer camps for school age kids, I am confident you’ll find what you and your family are looking for.

I have daughters ages 2 and 4 years old and really interested in this style of teaching. It’s certainly the future of learning. I love all the technology incorporated in learning in the classroom and as a way for parents to review their child’s work and progress.

This sounds like such a great daycare/pre-k! I love how much they teach, and how they make it so fun for the kids. 🙂 I am also a big fan of schools that allow you to watch their classroom any time that you want, that really puts me at ease as a parent. Thanks for sharing!

What a super program for learning and having fun for preschool. The design of the room looks so well thought out and organized. None in the Northwest area yet but maybe soon.

This academy does seem to have everything one would want for a child to learn and grow both in the arts and sciences.
