Is very good medicine for my kids
I would nominate my kids school nurse because she makes sure my kids are comfortable until a grown up arrives at school! Also, she makes sure the correct documentation is on file to administer the correct amount of medicine!
I would nominate our school nurse because she is awesome. She is so nurturing and caring, she really makes the kids feel safe and loved. My daughter has epilepsy and has spent a lot of time with Nurse Kathy before we were able to get her seizures better controlled. I don’t think I would have ever been able to leave her at school (and we live a short 5-10 minute WALK away) during those days without our school nurse putting my fears at ease. I know she was in good hands if anything happened.
I would nominate our school nurse because she is kind and dedicated to the children.
She is great with the kids and helps comfort them
She is a wonderfully caring and nice nurse, but horribly under-recognized for everything she does.
My childrens school nurse is very dedicated to the students.
I would nominate our school nurse because she’s very understanding and kind.
Because she has been super helpful and compassionate toward my niece, who’s had a rough year.
My kids are out of school but it was awful I had to get a lawyer and get things changed ADA law for kids with Diabetes for insulin in schools in Ca it did get changed!
My grandson isn’t in school yet but from talking to his friend’s parents, I couldn’t recommend a nurse that doesn’t inform the parents when a child goes there. Hopefully, that nurse will be GONE before he starts school, or we will move out of the district.
She is very important in my little nieces school
I don’t have children however I worked in a group home for children; these children went to a school on the grounds of the group home where there was a school nurse. She was very invested in providing good health care for each child. Her ways of educating the children in healthy eating, good exercise and health care were geared towards the children’s level of understanding. This helped them be motivated to help themselves overall. She was also very communicative to all the staff so we were included in all the kids plans
Our school nurse is not there for the money. She shows that she is there because she cares and wants the children to feel better as soon as possible when they are sick
Our school nurse is awesome. She is very understanding and is great at comforting the students.
I would nominate my kids school nurse because she makes sure all the kids are doing well and if any problems she notifies the family right away
I would nominate my school’s nurse because it’s difficult to treat children who aren’t feeling well all day. Thanks for the giveaway!
Our school nurse always got the parents involved and called before making a decision
I WOULD NOMINATE MY SON’S SCHOOL NURSE BECAUSE SHE IS GOOD WITH HIM AND MAKES FEEL COMFORTABLE
My nurse is soo hard working and I love my school. Thank you so much for the offer. I love your blog. I love teaching too!
Our school nurse always seemed to know what she was doing.
I’m glad they help our kids when they are sick. You know a nurse is just critical and probably under appreciated. Thank you to the school nurse.
she is very kind and helpful
I would nominate my school’s nurse because she is a kind patient competent person and a huge help to the school.
My school nurse is extremely understanding, caring and patient
For me, the nurse was also so patient and understanding. I would instantly start to feel better once i saw her.
I would nominate my school nurse because it takes dedication to put yourself in contact with all those nasty germs our kids carry and to provide constant comfort for the little ones that are unwell.
My son’s school has a very good nurse. She keeps me up to date and is always so knowledgeable and helpful.
Id nominate Jess because she is so nice!
I would nominate my school’s nurse because she is so kind and friendly
Thank You
I would nominate our school’s nurse because she is very nice and kind. She keeps up with a lot of children and does a great job of it. Thanks!
She is truly amazing and knows my daughters health issues and doesn’t play when it comes to my daughter and her asthma and all. She also is so kind and all around a wonderful nurse to all !
i would nominate my kids nurse at school because she works hard and loves not only my kids .but all kids at school she is there safe place till parents can pick up when sick at school i thank her!!
I would nominate her because of her kindness, compassion and generous heart who looks after my daughter and helps ease her aches if she falls or her nerves if she is anxious.
Because she is kind and always there to help !
I appreciate that the school nurse can care for my child till I get there.
I would nominate my sons school nurse because she is the kindest and most caring person I have ever known!
I would nominate our school nurse for all of their hard work and dedication they deserve recognition.
I would say because she is kind.
He is very kind and has that “bed side manner.”
I would nominate Katie because she’s always so caring when she calls and lets us know my daughter isn’t feeling good.
i am luckily not very familiar with my daughters school nurse which is good because it means she is not getting sick at school so i would say the nurse is doing a good job
They always give me a call if something happened at school and they are caring.
I do not know the school nurse.
my kids aren’t school age yet. :O
My kids have had limited contact with the nurse. So i would not be able to nominate anyone.
My nephew isn’t in school yet so there is no nurse to nominate yet.
Our school nurse encourages our kids to stay active & healthy (i.e. plays dodge ball at recess with the kids on occasion …): she’s not just there to handle sniffles & upset stomachs !!
