Is very good medicine for my kids 😊
Tiffany Greene Elliott says
I would nominate my kids school nurse because she makes sure my kids are comfortable until a grown up arrives at school! Also, she makes sure the correct documentation is on file to administer the correct amount of medicine!
Christina Foley says
I would nominate our school nurse because she is awesome. She is so nurturing and caring, she really makes the kids feel safe and loved. My daughter has epilepsy and has spent a lot of time with Nurse Kathy before we were able to get her seizures better controlled. I don’t think I would have ever been able to leave her at school (and we live a short 5-10 minute WALK away) during those days without our school nurse putting my fears at ease. I know she was in good hands if anything happened.

My grandson isn’t in school yet but from talking to his friend’s parents, I couldn’t recommend a nurse that doesn’t inform the parents when a child goes there. Hopefully, that nurse will be GONE before he starts school, or we will move out of the district.
KENNETH OHL says
She is very important in my little nieces school
Jan Lee says
I don’t have children however I worked in a group home for children; these children went to a school on the grounds of the group home where there was a school nurse. She was very invested in providing good health care for each child. Her ways of educating the children in healthy eating, good exercise and health care were geared towards the children’s level of understanding. This helped them be motivated to help themselves overall. She was also very communicative to all the staff so we were included in all the kids plans 🙂
Amy Deeter says
