We ALWAYS use a fan at night, for the “white noise.” I even bought a small fanfor when I travel. I developed insomnia 13 years ago while going through chemo, it got worse with the start of menopause. I’m improving – some nights, I get 5 hours, and might only wake up a few times. If I can’t fall back to sleep, I get up so my husband can sleep…. I am so tired of being tired!
