      My youngest kids doesn’t want to fall asleep at night if they have a nap during the day so I have been trying to get keep them busy throughout the day!

    I am assuming the question was for another giveaway, but I checked out the 5 tips and get that nap in and stop them from getting overtired are two of the best tips, especially for during the holidays and when you are traveling!

    My son has been ok with naps, but he has been teething lately, so it has been spotty. The thing I have noticed that has helped a lot is routine! Lay him down the same time every day, if possible, and it helps!

    My kids hate naps and they aren’t good sleepers at night. But when we moved into a new house last year that had rolling shutters, it seemed to help them . It makes the room completely dark so it is easier for them to fall back a sleep.

    I think for one of my grandchildren he has a terrible sleeping habit, I think it more now because of going to school and wanting to get that better grade, Now as for me, I just worry about everyone in the world LOL yep ! so I don’t sleep much..

    When my daughter was a baby she got her days and nights mixed up, napping for long periods in the afternoon and waking up to play at bedtime.

    The kids come in to grandma’s room when they wake up in the middle of the night and climb into the bed. By the time both of them come in, there’s no room to sleep, and getting back to sleep is easy for them, but not grandma, lol They don’t have problems going to sleep, it’s staying in their own beds.

    I have the issue that our schedules start to clash, usually due to stress. Working on obtaining a better routine is a need that we need to work on.

    My children are grown, so any issues they have for sleep are their own to fix, and I will be happy to give any information plans I might win to them to help if the grandchildren are having any problems!     We have issues in the middle of the night, our daughter will not sleep in her room at all, instead she sleeps in our bed and I end up sleeping on the couch because she is in our bed.
