    I love them Sweet n’ Sour…that is my favorite way. My hubby doesn’t care for them, and I love it, as that leaves more for me!

    There’s nothing as delicious as a properly made borscht. Beets are important for this dish.

    I love them grilled then put in a salad we also pickle our beets from the garden oh they are so good.

    I like to cook them and toss them in butter then season with salt and pepper. I also make my own pickled beets.

    We slice them and then glaze them with honey on the stone top (while cooking) – they make a great side dish!

    I like pickled beets in a salad. I grew yellow beets for the first time this year with mixed results but I will try again as I really like them.

    Plain! I love pickled beets, I could eat them daily. They have to be pickled though, tried regular beets and wasn’t a fan.

    I like them oven roasted. I also like them Harvard style and in salads. Spiced beets are also very good!

    I love them heated up with butter and a little salt. Yummy. My hubby can’t stand beets. I just don’t understand that!

    I like to bake beets with orange slices and seasonings in the oven like potatoes… cubed of course. 🙂

    I enjoy beets with vinegar, onions and a tiny bit of sugar marinated in the frig overnight. Most delicious.

    I love sweet n’ sour beets, but today I saw on Dr. Oz’s show, they took beets, brushed them with olive oil and put them in the oven and baked them…they were just like snack chips. A very healthy alternative for snacking…who knew?
