My daughter is two and a half and has hit that picky eater stage. Ugh! I’ve started giving her smoothies for lunch. If I add strawberries, almond milk, berries, bananas and pineapple, it disguises the flavor of the spinach, kale, Greek yogurt, flax and chia seeds I add. It’s nutrient-packed and the rest of the day I’m not freaked out that she’s not getting what she needs.
