Cuban Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients;
- 8 oz roast pork
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 4 hoagie buns
- 1 cup drained Pickled Peppers & Onions
- 8 oz deli ham slices
Directions;
- Cut roast pork into thin slices.
- Stir together mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl until blended.
- Spread cut sides of each bun with 1 rounded tbsp mayonnaise mixture.
- Top evenly with roast pork, Pickled Peppers & Onions, ham and cheese slices.
- ENJOY!!

I’ve yet to try a Cuban sandwich and having moved to Florida we have stands around us to make them for us to purchase. My brother loves them & he’s in south Florida where you walk up to a window at a corner stand to order & watch them being made

This looks delicious and really filling! This is a sandwich that would be great any time of year, but really good paired with a soup too in the winter. I bet the pickled peppers and onions add a nice kick.
