    Just keep pushing the fluids, making sure the liquids are readily available that is my best attempt at keeping kids hydrated.

    Another way to help your child drink more water is to put frozen fruit they love into the pure water.After the water is all gone they can eat the fruit,which also keeps them hydrated!

    I keep our kids hydrated all day long by carrying our water bottles with us everywhere we go, & reminding them to drink regularly!

    My kids have water bottles that I make sure are nice and cold water for them while out during the day.
