I’ve worked with pediped a few times in the past and they continue to be our go to kids shoe brand! This time we were lucky enough to receive a pair of shoes for Gradie to try out and also share with you that pediped has released over 70 new styles for their Summer/Spring 2016 line. I know what you’re thinking – over 70 styles, well how the heck will you pick a pair?! That’s ok, with such a great quality and long lasting kids shoe you can pick up a couple different styles, to match your kids outfits.
Pediped has a shoe for your child from birth through size 6 youth, that means you can have your kids in Pediped shoes through all of those crucial years when their feet are growing and developing and you won’t have to worry that their shoes are causing any harm. In fact, Gradie is really flat footed and her doctor has recommended she wears very supportive, well made shoes, and when we showed her the pair of Pediped shoes she was wearing, she said that they were perfect for her little feet.
Pediped has three stages in their footwear system that cater to different ages and level of child’s development;

- Grip ‘n’ Go – the transition shoe for your child as they’re going from learning to walk to taking more confident strides. The second step in the pediped footwear system, all Grip ‘n’ Go™ shoes include G2 Technology™. Grip ‘n’ Go are for kids shoe size 4 through 7. - Flex – the third step in the pediped footwear system. Designed for our kids with a developed stride the Flex combines quality materials & advanced technology. Most shoes in the Flex stage include the Flex Fit System, which I will speak to more below. Flex are for kids sized kids 5 through youth 6.
We were fortunate enough to receive the pediped Flex Force sneakers and we are in love! Gradie’s first reaction was, “I love shoes, they’re pink, they’re MINE!” Yes Gradie they are, they’re all yours and your mom’s are so happy to not have to worry about how your feet might be impacted y the shoes you wear, we know you are wearing a high quality shoe that will help your little foot as it grows.
I mentioned the Flex Fit System above and I want to tell you that I think it is GENIUS!! Gradie is sort of between sizes and when using the Flex Fit System you insert an additional insole into the shoe and you’re able to reduce the shoe size by roughly half a size. This is great on many levels – Gradie’s foot is too small for the next size up but too big for her current sneakers, also, pediped shoes are of such a great quality they will more then last through the time it takes for your child to outgrow these shoes, more value for your money!
