LeapFrog Must Haves for 2016!!

There are some products out there that will, without a doubt, make your children happy as we roll into a new year.  This is a a certainty, but what if these products were also helping your little ones learn while they’re playing.  I am sure it’s hard enough to get your kids to do their homework, but what if they’re learning while they’re playing?

The LeapFrog Number Lovin’ Oven is your ultimate go to toy for your little ones who love ‘cooking’ meals for your family.  Gradie can’t get enough of preparing us pizza, cooking us eggs and I cannot tell you how many times she’s eaten her little cupcakes.  The Number Lovin’ Oven comes with 16 toy pieces and has over 30 phrases that help your little one learn songs, counting and working on their fractions.

The Number Lovin’ Oven is for little ones aged 2 plus and Gradie can’t get enough of it and the same goes for her 5 and 4 years old cousins.  They all love it and it helps with teaching them how to share which we all know isn’t exactly the easiest thing for a toddler.  Our little family gives the Number Lovin’ Oven TWO thumbs up, we’re confident your little ones will love it too!

Scout’s Build & Discover Tool Set is another toy for kids aged 2 plus.  The set comes complete with a hammer, ruler, saw, screwdriver and wrench.  Gradie has learned how to tighten screws and use a hammer while working with her new tool set.  She gets to work hammering and screwing, then we take it all apart and she does it again.

Gradie is also mastering the art of using a wrench and a saw, as you can see in the pictures above.  Along with learning how to build the Scout Build & Discover Tool Set also teaches colors and counting.  Scouts Build & Discover Tool Set is another toy that receives TWO THUMBS UP from our family.  A great toy for you to add to your kids learning toy collection in 2016. 

LeapFrog Must Haves for 2016 Epic Tablet

LeapFrog has ANOTHER great tablet, the LeapFrog Epic.  What I love about this tablet is that it is android based , I’m an android addict and I love that I am more familiar with this operating system and I know how to help Gradie use it.  The Epic is a 7″, 16GB, quad-core tablet and comes with a great rubber green ‘bumper’ that goes around the edges to keep it safe from the bumps a toddler is going to give it.  

Gradie has been using her Epic tablet for a little while now and she is doing amazing things with it.  It amazes me every day how much kids these days are able to use the technology that we could never dream of having as a child, I am pretty sure she might be able to use it better then I can.

The LeapFrog Epic can be used for with your kids over a large age range, as they grow and are able to comprehend more they will be able to use different, more advanced apps.  We know that I love products that grow with our kids, value for money is so important these days.  PLUS – the most recent update to the Epic allows for your to use Disney Movies Anywhere (through Amazon), which is great to keep your little ones entertained.  

In case you weren’t sure – our family most definitely gives the Epic another TWO THUMBS UP, LeapFrog has outdone themselves in bringing us this tablet that the kids will love and I am sure you will too!

    i love leap frog so much, i normally hate products with batteries, but i stand by leap frog products. they are really educational and not annoying!

    It’s nice that the oven and bench come in neutral colors and are neither girly nor boyish so that all the littles can enjoy them.

    And sometimes I think I need a bumper for my tablet! And I’ll second you on Android being awesome.

    I don’t know if we’re supposed to comment here, or choose. My kids are adults so I don’t know about leap frog. It sounds like they make educational toys which are always good.

    It looks like they have a wide range of products. My grandson has a simpler Leap Frog tablet than the Epic and he loves it so much. He’s learned a ton–it’s been well worth the expense.

    I have bought leap frog products for my littlies. I find them so cool and worth the price as they are sturdy and fantastic for the kids to use. Educational toys can be so much fun and great for their imaginations
