We all know things are changing – every day there’s a new technology and of course our kid’s dolls are no different. I am referring to the dolls that you and I played with as kids compared to what is available today. When my parents visited this June, from South Africa, they brought with them the doll I had as a little girl so that I could share it with my daughter. It was such a neat experience being able to give her this doll and make all new memories with her.
As my doll has survived the years he was named Baby Wendon by my nieces and that name has stuck, Gradie now calls him Baby Wendon too. She battles a bit to carry him around the living room because he is a rather heavy doll, made out of a whole lot of plastic. He isn’t soft at all and I think he might weigh close to what Gradie does, hehe.

The caring activity is when your little one can use the pacifier and bottle to care for their doll. Gradie just loves playing ‘mommy’ to her doll and keeping her happy.
