I love getting behind brands that I truly believe in, and I love being able to share them with you! Today I get to tell you about Small Apparel – a company that believes that great design shouldn’t be just for adults. The founders of Small Apparel were tired of seeing the ‘same old, same old’ designs on infants and kids clothing, so they decided to start a company where they could design better clothing items for our little ones – one item at a time.
Small Apparel specializes in creating beautiful and clever clothing and goodies for your home that are strictly for babies and kids, because your kids deserve better!!
When I was given the chance to pick out items for Gradie to try out and I chose items from Small Apparel’s pride line of products. I love a company that creates products for families like mine, families with two mom’s (or two dad’s!). We don’t easily find items that apply to our family so I was really excited to pick out some items for Gradie.
I picked out three amazing designs; Love, Family and Equals kids t-shirts for Gradie and she has been wearing them for a few weeks now and I have lost count of the number compliments we’ve received. When I started talking with Small Apparel they had a t-shirt for two dad’s but not for two mom’s but that was quickly solved when they created the Family shirt featuring two mom’s and a child (I like to think they created it for my family, but I am sure they already had it in the works!).
As I said, Gradie has had her shirts for a few weeks and has worn them all multiple times. They’ve all going through the wash and drier and passed with flying colors, holding up their shape and showing no signs of wear.
While some of the shirts could be considered specific to families like ours, however, the majority (I believe all) of their clothing items can be worn by everyone. Supporting GLBT families, individuals, and overall equal rights is something a lot of people are getting behind and the Love Won shirt, as well as Created Equal can most definitely be worn by everyone!!
I encourage you to head over to the Small Apparel website and see all they have to offer. Some of the other shirts I love are the Minds and SM/ART shirts – click HERE to see them all now. Their designs are available as onesies, t-shrits, crewnecks and hoodies and are made from lightweight cotton/cotton blends, printed in the USA. These items range in price from $20 to $35. Small Apparel also has a line of accessories including cute mugs, totes and other fun accessories.
Of course Small Apparel is present on social media and you should follow them so you don’t miss out on any new designs and promotions as they come along. Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram.
