Disclosure: I am attending this event as part of an all-expense paid press trip for Disney. All opinions are completely my own. #GoodDinoEvent #ABCTVEvent
It happened again – I got invited to another amazing press trip! Earlier this year I got to head to LA and now I get to go again! I still can’t believe this is really happening. I will be accompanied by 24 other amazing bloggers and we have an action packed schedule of events we’ll be attending and things we’ll be seeing, which I want to share with you now.
The Good Dinosaur starts in theaters everywhere on November 25.
As part of this trip we get to attend The Good Dinosaur red carpet premiere and we’ll be interviewing cast members and filmmakers from the movie.
Take a look at this trailer – you’ll see why I am so excited to attend the premiere and of course taking Gradie to see it once I return;
Are you a Dancing with the Stars fan? Well make sure you keep your eyes on my social media shares as we attend a LIVE taping of the 21st season of Dancing with the Stars, which airs on Monday nights at 8/7c. We’ll be watching the semi-finalist contestants perform live in the glamorous ballroom! Who do you think is going to make it to the finals – I am hoping for Bindi and Derek!!
Of course this means I will dress up really pretty and girly TWICE on this trip! While I am a little scared to make this happen – considering I have NEVER willingly owned a dress – I am still really excited, can you say; “Once in a lifetime experience!”
While we are in LA we’ll also get to attend preview screenings of episodes of hit ABC comedies black-ish, airs Wednesday nights at 9:30/8:30c and The Muppets, one of Gradie and my favorite shows this fall – airs Tuesday nights at 8/7c. We’ll also have a meet & greet with the extremely talented Tracee Ellis Ross, who portrays Johnson family mom & anesthesiologist Rainbow “Bow” Johnson on black-ish, PLUS we get to visit the set!
As if all of this wasn’t enough we also get to visit the set of Miss Piggy’s late-night talk show, Up Late with Miss Piggy, which Kermit the Frog is the executive producer – obviously! We’ll be watching the exclusive preview screening of an upcoming episode right there on the set. Pinch me – is this real life, there are so many amazing things in store for us.
We will then have a Q&A with The Muppets Executive Producer Bill Barretta, who performs Pepe the King Prawn, Rowlf the Dog, The Swedish Chef, Dr. Teeth and Bobo the Bear! He is so talented, doing that many voices – WOW, I am so excited!!
To round out an action packed trip we get to attend a screening of The Lion Guard: Return of The Roar, which continues the epic storytelling of The Lion King and introduces Kion, the second-born cub of Simba and Nala, as he assumes his role as leader of the Lion Guard, a group of animals tasked with protecting the Pride Lands. Gradie and I were watching tv/playing this past weekend and the preview for The Lion Guard came on and Gradie was instantly sucked in, I cannot wait to see the screening, but also getting to watch it with Gradie when I am back home.
To learn more about The Lion Guard we’ll have a Q&A panel with Executive Producer Ford Riley, Composer Christopher Willis, Singer/Songwriter Beau Black and Swahili Consultant Sarah Mirza.
I know that there will be so many more exciting things going on during this Good Dinosaur Press Trip from November 15 to 18th so be sure to follow me on social media for all the updates.
