I love chicken and waffles as well as german apple pancakes and a side of southern grits….yum!

I do breakfast dinners all the time. Breakfast foods are some of my favorite. I do pancakes and sausage links or scrambled eggs and hash browns. I also do breakfast casseroles.

I like to have veggie omelets for dinner sometimes. Other times, I like to have waffles and fruit.

We have had a few different breakfast dinners. Like pancakes & sausage/bacon, eggs & sausage/bacon, waffles that were made-up like a dessert! We have had biscuits & gravy with grits or oatmeal. Eggs & sausage/bacon & toast/english muffins. We have even made our version of McDonald’s Egg McMuffins. There were a lot of times that the kids would rather eat breakfast for supper!

Waffles. We love them. I don’t make waffles very often because we have to get out the Ancient Waffle Iron and it’s a bit of a pain but when I get in the mood to make waffles the family doesn’t care what time it is 🙂
Breakfast for dinner is a favorite around here! I like the full ensemble – scrambled eggs, hash browns, crispy bacon and waffles with fruit. Lovely!

Not sure what it’s called, but you scrammble some eggs and add sausage gravy (which I usually refuse to eat), mix well and serve over delicious butter biscuits!

I enjoy making blueberry pancakes with sausage and fresh fruit for dinner. It is delicious.
I don’t mind breakfast burritos for supper. Filling and easy to make! So many ways to make them too, so everyone is happy.

I saute onions, mushrooms, and green peppers. Brown up breakfast sausage into crumbles.
Mix all that with eggs that have been scrambled, pour it into a heated pan with some melted butter. Yum.
