Our kids are now back in school and we are, hopefully, settling into our new routines now that the summer is behind us. A part of our new schedules includes having after school snacks for our kids when they get home after a long day of learning. Luckily Krusteaz has a new line of Bakery Style Cookie Mixes and they’ve asked me to share some fun recipes with you to create a new twist on after school snacks.
Our first fun snack we made was Mini Fruit Pies with Krusteaz Meyer Lemon Cookies! What’s not to love about that, right?
