I will be the first to tell you that I LOVE Smashburger!! I couldn’t believe my luck when they asked me to take my family out for a meal to try out their new kids meals. Naturally I literally jumped at the opportunity!!
Smashburger sent me a gift card to take my family out for a delicious dinner. I was intrigued by the new kids meal options I had heard about and looked forward to trying them out with Gradie. As you can tell she was really excited to get in there and ORDER!!
Smashburger recently added better-for-you kids meal options. This is great, I feel like most every place you go to you can get your child a kids meal that consists of the ‘easy’ version of macaroni and cheese and they charge you $7 or more for it. I was thrilled to find out that Smashburger now offers Grilled Chicken Strips and Musselman’s Unsweetened Squeezable Apple Sauce. PLUS there is an added bonus, there are two better-for-you drink options too; Organic HONEST Kids® Juice, or Horizon Milk® (both are USDA organic beverages). Gradie isn’t allowed soda and she loves juice and milk so we were extremely pleased with these options.
The chicken is ALL chicken. It’s not fried, there are no fillers or artificial ‘yuckyness’ that you can’t pronouce!! The fact that it is ‘smashed’ makes it really easy for Gradie to eat, she’s only 2 and a bit after all. When you throw in the dipping sauces, BBQ or Ranch, this meal is perfect. Gradie loves to ‘dip-dip’ her food, and she was off! She dipped and ate, dipped and ate. While eating she also took turns at sucking on her Musselman’s Unsweetened Squeezable Apple Sauce, what kid doesn’t like apple sauce and what parents don’t love that it is sugar and sodium free.

Possibly the best part of our entire trip was the fact that you can get an entrée, side and drink for a total of $5.49. That’s right, all of this for only $5.49. We’re working on being more budget conscious and at this price we can have a fun family dinner without breaking the bank!!

I have never heard of Smashburger. I looked it up and there isn’t any close to where I live. That’s a shame. I would love to take my grandchildren there and get a healthy take out meal.

I have never heard of Smashburger before. I looked them up and found one in Raleigh I’m going have stop and eat there next time I am in NC. I like that they also have menu and pricing on their Website.
To be honest I’ve never had a smash burger. There’s one right up the road. Everyone says they’re good. Maybe it’s time to give them a try?

I never knew about these options for kids. We are going to have to start going on a more regular basis as we do like the food there.

I have never heard of Smashburgers before today and found out there are two locations here. The food looks yummy and I know my grandchildren would love trying them out.
Wow the closest Smashburger to us is 113 miles away. My friends and I love to take road trips and we always have to eat out so this would be a great place to stop in one of our trips. I never heard of it before but sure would love to try. Thanks for the review.

I love Smashburger. I go about once ever month or so. I like their truffle mushroom swiss burger and the Salted Caramel shake.
The closest one near me is 80 miles away.

We don’t have Smashburger in SC but we have the Beacon. It’s the same;chicken strips are chicken, hamburger is ground beef. You can’t ask for more.
aww how cute! I’m not familiar with Smashburger, but nice to have another option or two besides mac ‘n cheese, that they will actually eat!! Maybe one will open in our area!
