I went on a camping trip.
I didn’t do anything very fun this summer…but there’s always next summer
We went House Camping! A group of us (four families) got together and rented an amazing house in Palm Springs for a weekend. Not only did the parents get to hang out, but the kids strengthened the bonds they forged the last time we did this.
We went to the beach because it has been so hot.
We spent almost a week at the beach! So fun.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to participate in any family fun as I have been laid up for 2 1/2 years.

Nothing really fun. My dog had bladder surgery to remove a tumor. Luckily, it was benign and she recovered very well.
We sold our house and then spent 3 weeks in a hotel before finally finding somewhere to live.
It’s been a hectic summer. A lot of our belongings were left behind, but I got to keep my cats, so I feel I can’t complain.
