Minion S’mores Recipe

A fun twist on S’mores!!!

Is your child having a Minion Themed Party? These Minion S’mores are the PERFECT treat for their big day!!


Brownie Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C vegetable oil

  • 1 C sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 eggs, room temp

  • 1 1/2 C flour

  • 1/3 C cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Pam spray

Brownie Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Pretreat bakers pan with Pam spray.  (9X9 pan)
  2. Sift dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt).
  3. Add vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl…. beat in eggs… stir until well blended.
  4. Slowly add all the dry ingredients at 1/2 C at a time to the wet ingredients…. stir after each addition.
  5. Check to make sure all ingredients are well mixed.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the bakers pan…. bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool slightly…. if you can’t get the brownie out of the pan run a knife along the sides to help in getting them out.
  8. Remove from pan and place on a wire rack for cool completely.  (Don’t cut the brownie into pieces at this time.)

Minion S’mores:

S’ mores Ingredients:

  • Bag of miniature marshmallows

  • 1 package out of the box of graham crackers ( 4 )

  • Bag of  chocolate chips

  • Handful of yellow and blue M&M’s

  • Gummy Minions

S’more Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put the whole brownie on a cookie sheet.
  3. Pour the bag of marshmallows on the brownie.
  4. Break the graham crackers into pieces…. mix into the marshmallow layer.
  5. Add chocolate chips into the marshmallows.
  6. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until marshmallows start to melt.
  7. Top with a handful of yellow and blue M&M’s while the brownie/s’more is still hot.
  8. Allow the S’more brownie to cool a little before adding the gummy brownie.
  9. Place the gummy Minions in the center of each of the brownie s’mores.

    We loved doing some fun Minion themed things for our venture out to the drive in to see the movie – I bet these s’mores brownies would have been a hit with my kids. Love the creativity!
