Cran-Raspberry Cobbler Recipe

Cran-Raspberry Skillet Cobbler Recipe with instructions

A delightfully refreshing dessert treat that the whole family will love.  You can head to your local farmers market to pick up fresh raspberries and cranberries to whip this together for your family’s enjoyment.  I am confident they’ll be asking for more!!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 pint of rasberries
  • 1 cup of cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of self rising flour
  • 1 cup of milk

Cran-Raspberry Skillet Cobbler Recipe with instructionsINSTRUCTIONS

  • Pre-heat oven at 350 degree.
  • On stove top Melt 1 stick of butter.
  • In a separate bowl mix 1 c. self rising flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. milk.
  • Stir till batter is smooth.
  • Pour batter in the skillet.
  • Add cranberries and raspberries to the top. Do not stir.
  • The crust rises to the top as the cobbler bakes.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown on top

    I love a good cobbler! My mom used to make all kinds of different cobblers but i have never even thought about using cranberries. It looks amazing so I’m gonna have to try this out, Thanks for a new recipe! 🙂

    This recipe looks so good and glad it’s easy to make. Love berries of any kind and buy them during the summer. Would never have thought of putting these two together but will make it for the family. So easy to do and won’t heat up the kitchen.
