See Kai Run – baby shoes, toddler shoes, kid shoes and booties
We got to review another pair of See Kai Run shoes for Gradie. She sure is a lucky little girl – she loves her shoes and her mom’s love that they’re such a great quality and they’re rugged and tough enough to survive been worn by a toddler.
Have you heard of See Kai Run shoes before? They’ve been around for roughly 11 years now. They were developed by a Seattle mom that couldn’t find a shoe she believed was best for her son Kai, back in 2004. Now See Kai Run has the footwear knowledge to ensure that every style produced features the best materials and construction for kids of all ages.
I don’t know about you but I’ve had the hardest time determining what size shoe Gradie is. That is until I read this useful tidbit of information on the See Kai Run website – To help determine what size your little needs have your child stand on a piece of paper, mark the longest points of the foot and measure this distance in centimeters to get the length you need. Some helpful tips, always allow .5-1 cm extra when selecting shoe size. If your child’s foot falls in between sizes, round up. Children’s feet grow quickly and you can never tell when your child will have a growth spurt!
We received a pair of “Katie – Blue” sneakers (above and below) and we LOVE them! I love how cute they are, I mean just take a look at the pictures of Gradie’s little feet wearing them. She loves that they have butterflies on them, she loudly explains BUTTERFLIES everytime we grab them to put them on. Both Jeanna and I love that they’re designed to keep little feet happy through every stage of growth. Little Gradie has some rather flat feet, and at her 2 year appointment our pediatrician stated that she needs supportive, higher quality shoes to help her develop correctly, she was wearing her See Kai Run Katie – Blue Sneakers, and she stated that they were great for Gradie’s needs as she grows. 
The Katie – Blue sneakers come with dual straps that can adjust to fit your child’s feet. It has a padded ‘collar’ at the top of the sneaker, which is great as it comes up a bit higher then your regular sneaker. Gradie has had no issues with her shoes rubbing on her skin, even if her socks drop down below the top of the sneaker, as they did in the picture below. Definintely Gradie Approved!! You are able to remove the insole of these sneakers – thank goodness!! Kids feet can get gross, and this really helps to air them out and keep them fresh smelling, this along with the breathable pink fabric lining they are made with.
