    As a single working Mom of 3, my biggest obstacle keeping me from exercising is TIME! When I get home from work and before leaving in the morning, I try to spend some quality time with the kids before getting caught up with chores and bills.. ugh.. but I love the ease and convenience of the Journey Gym.. All-in-one!

    My biggest obstacle is learning new low impact and low rep workouts in general. I havent been to a gym since i was told at 24 (8 yrs ago) i had arthritis in my C6 and C7 vertabrae

    I guess if I’m being truthful, my biggest obstacle is motivation. It’s just so much easier to flop down on the sofa after a workday, and the weekends are spent running errands and sometimes going to a movie.

    My biggest obstacle is pain!! I am on morphine for it, but it still doesn’t totally stop the hurting!! My back is mush from the tumor that was feeding off of my spine for 2 years. But with hard work & determination, I can still walk – not very far, but it is an accomplishment for me!!
