My mom raised me as a single parent. So I have 48 years of great memories (she passed away this Feb). She was my protector, my best friend, my everything, and is now my angel.
My favorite father’s day memory was of my Dad taking us to the lake and letting each of us jump from his shoulders in the water. We had a great time!

We used to visit my Dad every Fathers’ Day at Lake Louise where he worked for the summer.We hung out at “Rocky” and went out for lunch.I always had a denver omelette.He was usually away for 3 weeks by that time.It was great just to see him and do his dishes!

The first Fathers day after our first son was born, when we had a bbq with my Dad, Father in Law, my husband and son. All the generations of men in our family, all together. It was really a great memory.

I dont really have a best memory but every year is a reminder of how special my dad is because he was not my biological father, he raised me and still considers himself my dad even 20 years after my mom and he divorced
