The last pair of new shoes I bought myself was last year. A pair of saucony I bought off of amazon with money I’ve earned from surveys.. Needless to say, the shoes don’t really fit. and the size was way off..

Changing out my shoes, and always having good, supportive shoes is vital to my health. If my feet are not happy, neither is any of the rest of me. I think that the feet are the base of support. If they are in bad alignment, everything else hits the ground wrong, and can lead to injury.
