I have said in a few posts now that our house is going through a healthy 2015 makeover . For this reason I was more than excited to hear from EatSmart Products who asked me to review the Taylor Smart Scale Body Fat Scale, I jumped at the opportunity.

How far scales have come, I remember when I’d stand on a scale as a youngster and they were nothing like scales today. Nothing digital about them, they told you how much you weighed and even then I am not sure they were always that accurate. I am happy to report that this is no longer the case, not at all.
