    One my favorite meals to fix during be holidays is beef tenderloin encrusted with black peppercorn and garlic, balsamic drizzled Brussels sprouts, butternut squash with a pecan honey glaze and a mixed green maple pear salad. And for dessert salted caramel apple dumplings with vanilla bean ice cream.

    I like all the holiday meals – Roast or Deep Fried Turkey, Glazed Ham, Leg of Lamb, Roast Beef – I’ll take any of it. Mashed potatoes go with everything, sweet potatoes are always nice, something nice and green – peas perhaps and nice hot rolls with butter.

    I enjoy making the stuffing for Thanksgiving dinner, adding new variations each time. I will sometimes throw in fresh cranberries or orange slices to sweeten it up, or nuts–from almonds to walnuts–to add crunch. It makes making food fun.
