I had a stuffed Cheer Bear that I took everywhere as a child. I still have it but it’s more grey than pink now.

We were poor and my mom had 6 kids. Never had toys ever.

My favorite stuffed animal, as a child, was a huge stuffed animal Emperor Penguin that my grandma bought for me on our very first trip to the local aquarium.

I had a giant-stuffed yellow cat that I loved…I used to talk to her and everything. She was as big as I was and she was made to look like a little girl. I named her Cat…creative, I know! 🙂

I had a blanket from birth until about 16 years ago. My dog unfortunately tore it apart. It was my favorite blanket in the world. It was pink with little roses that my great grandmother sewed for me and I would chew on it(gross! reminds me of cotton balls now.. I can’t stand that sound).
I remember one time I left it in the car during a snow storm and my mom wouldn’t go get it for me. I cried all night long. hahaha crazy that I still remember that.

My favorite stuffed animal was a teddy bear that had a tear hanging from under his right eye. I saw it hanging in a store way up high, and told my Daddy that it looked so sad and that it needed a hug. This was right before Christmas, and when I woke up Christmas morning, the bear was under the Christmas tree for me. I hugged and loved on that bear until he was worn out. I will soon be 59 years old and this bear is still in my cedar chest as a keepsake.
