I love cooking a roast or ribs in it. That slow cooking process makes it all nice and tender. I am also a huge fan of soups, dips, or even stews…I can get all of my ingredients done the night before place in a bowl or zip lock bag over night in the fridge and then get up, tossing everything in the crock pot and set it and go to work..coming home to a fully cooked meal.
