Disney Junior Live On Tour! Pirate & Princess Adventure Review

I was lucky enough to be able to take my sister and niece, Danielle and Elliot, to see Disney Junior Live – Pirates & Princess Adventure.  Below is a review of this amazing show, written by Danielle, a guest post on my blog.

My daughter, Elliot, is two years old and absolutely loves all things Disney! There isn’t a day that goes by that we don’t catch either Doc McStuffins, Sophia The First, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse or Jake and The Neverland Pirates. She enjoys all of the songs they sing and the adventures they all go on. When we got the chance to go to see Disney Junior Live – Pirate & Princess Adventure there was no way we were going to miss it!

Elliot got all dolled up in her pretty skirt and was ready to “go see ’em!” – in fact she woke up earlier than normal that morning and said, “we go see ’em now?” She was just beyond excited!

When we arrived at the venue she sat so patiently in her seat and waited for the show to start! Doc McStuffins came out first and fixed up a race car and the kids were all able to “get their wiggles out!”.

After Doc finished up Mickey and Minnie Mouse came out and got the rest of the show rolling. Elliot was so excited and kept waving and squealing “Mickey! Minnie!” It was the cutest thing! She was so happy and it was amazing to watch!

Then the show proceeded with Sophia and her royal family singing and dancing and preparing for their party. Elliot couldn’t contain her excitement when she saw her favorite characters! She’d clap and sing and shout their names! “Sophia! Amber! James!” And how fun was it to see Cinderella come out in her pretty dress! Elliot loved it!

After the intermission Jake and The Neverland Pirates wrapped up the show with the gang going on an adventure to find treasure. Captain Hook was there too and had all of the kids on the edge of their seats!

The show was incredible and there wasn’t a child out there that didn’t have a good time that I could see. I enjoyed watching the performance too but I had more fun watching it through the eyes of my daughter, Elliot. She was completely “star-struck” and has yet to stop talking about it!
