My open heart was over 20 years ago so learned the importance of physical conditioning and working out. I exercise every day unless I have the flu or something debilitating. I have a gym membership. I either jog outside, do the treadmill at home or go to the gym.

Right now I’m back on my healthy fitness kick. I walk on the elliptical and walk the dog on our 5. 5 acres trying to get to 10k steps a day. Every other day I do weight training and a bit of yoga.
I would really love this watch. I didn’t know they made pedometers in watch form. I’ve been using my pedometer as a watch lately because I figure since I have it….I would love to have the watch do for both instead. Thanks.
