    My biggest challenge is to get my 3 year old to sit still long enough to eat!! My 11 month old eats non stop and all healthy stuff!

    My biggest challenge is finding healthy foods that my baby enjoys. She has liked every fruit I have ever fed her, but isn’t a big fan of vegetables.

    It’s sugary drinks, even juice that cut the appetite; very hard to control after a certain age.

    Have to agree with others vegetable was biggest challenge and still is big no for brocoli and my daughter refuse to eat bananas for some reson

    I would say the way the media portrays the “bad” food choices. So much of what they see is for junk food.

    My biggest challenge is getting my son to eat vegetables. He wants to keep up with his friends at school and try to eat sweets all of the time. 🙁

    My kids don’t like anything green or orange so they don’t want to eat any fruits or vegetables it is very hard to get them to eat healthy I usually have to put cheese on it to get them to eat it!

    prob the time it takes for fresh veg to cook! processed is faster, but we try not to buy processed, just fresh.

    Dealing with changing food likes can be a real pain. Sometimes I hide pureed veggies in other things to trick him. Also, if he decides he doesn’t like something this time I’ll try it again and again because he may change his mind based on his mood.

    My son is a VERY picky eater, so I have to come up with inventive ideas for him to eat healthy, like telling him its spider brains or something gross, then he will try it!!!!!!
