I keep warm the way English people do; wrapped up in layers of tatty sweaters of course!

We use the shrink wrap window stuff. And we use to have a humidifier but it broke.
My family gets their flu shots and takes vitamins.
I keep warm with tons of blankets in every room while inside the house. While outside I love my hand warmers! To fight off colds, I usually try not to touch my face while out and wash my hands when I get home. However, I managed to get a cold here last week after someone sat beside me, hacked their lungs out, then told me they were sick. Ugh. 🙁

Snuggle up to my husband for warmth, and wash my hands to minimize infection.
