Evenflo ModTot High Chair – Santa Fe ~ Review

March 12, 2013 By Africa

Evenflo ModTot High Chair

EVENFLO® HIGH CHAIRS™

FUN FOR BABY; CONVENIENT FOR PARENTS

It’s a fun and exciting time in the Blake household… he is entering big boy stage and is ready for a high chair.  Luckily, my sister-in-law (SIL) loved the new Evenflo collection designed with the modern kitchen in mind and I had one lying around!  🙂

Evenflo ModTot High Chair

The Evenflo ModTot High chair offers a great contemporary look at a reasonable price; this high chair is designed with moms in mind offering a sleek, easy to clean design that reduces cleanup time!

One of the best things I noticed with the ModTot is the removable tray insert that has a fun design that Blake loved to interact with; the tray is easily removed from the high chair and can go directly into the dishwasher for the easiest clean up possible.  Not to mention the convenient one hand tray removal. And then there is the cushioned, foam seat pad that was full of dinner as well.  The foam is not only soft and comfortable for Blake, it wiped up quickly with a damp cloth instead of having to wash a cover in the laundry!

Now Elliot’s turn! One of the deciding factors of the Evenflo ModTot was the fully adjustable seating, reclining seat and multiple height adjustments; what better way to give that a try than throw Elliot in there.  The transition was easy from Blake to Elliot!  The chair was easy to adjust with just a few clicks and pulls and turns and cranks… and just like that the chair went from a six month old chair to an 18 month old chair (we know how I love products that grow with baby!!!)  With Elliot in the high chair I quickly realized how important the integrated 5-point harness was, Elliot is entering that ‘terrible twos’ stage rather quickly!

So with Blake nearly asleep after a great dinner and Elliot dramatically done with helping with ModTot testing, the chair was SUPER easy to fold away, collapsing to half the depth and fit nicely tucked in the kitchen until next meal time!

I just fell in love with this chair and so did my SIL.  You can find this very AFFORDABLE chair exclusively at your local Target store for $99.
While you’re online make sure to follow Evenflo on Facebook and Twitter – I have because I want to make sure I am up to date with all new products, promotions, etc. while we get ready to welcome our new addition to the family.

Nice that it has wheels to move it about the kitchen. And so easy to tuck away. Thanks for your review.
