Our 9 year old son is trying to read the Harry Potter series. I told him I read all 7 books, twice, and he looked at me like I was crazy. He wanted to know why I would do that because they are SO BIG 🙂 I told him they are great and that he is not allowed to watch the movies until he reads the books. We want him to use his imagination first, then watch the movies, then share with us how he envisioned the scenes.
