I don’t know about you, but when I think of bathroom scales I think of the old school scales we used to have in our bathrooms!!  The ones that spin around when you stand on it until it settles on your weight……… like this;

Jeanna and I decided it was time to eat healthier and watch our weight, I think it was motivated by the Olympics 😉 !  Having this digital scale made keeping track of our progress so much easier, especially because it measures Weight, Body Fat, Hydration, Muscle and Bone Mass with Auto Recognition Technology for 8 Personal Profiles.  We’ve only used 2 of those profiles but hey – this way we have room for the family to grow, hehe!  This scale is AWESOME!!  It is so easy to use, no need to tap the scale to turn it on, easy to read the measurements, and the readings keep flashing for long enough to be able to document the results, if you so wish.

I’ve said before, I am NO mechanical expert, so please take a look at these product specs, taken from their website;
