Chocolate or Vanilla, Coke or Pepsi, Tea or Coffee… you either love it or you hate it.  I myself have always been more of tea fan than a coffee one.  In South Africa they drank coffee all day long, me I drank tea.

Jeanna and I were introduced to loose leaf tea last year by accident when I bought some at the local organic grocery store. I didn’t know they sold tea not in a bag, needless to say, I went and bought an infuser the next day and we each had a glass and it was the BEST TEA I had had in a LONG time.  Loose leaf tea is so much more flavorful and way more cost effective.

I was super excited when I found Libre Tea and they offered to let me try their Libre Mug.

This mug is so fantastic to use.  First, while the kettle is heating up our water, remove the lid and tea filter on the top of the mug.  Add about 3 grams of loose leaf tea to the filter. The instructions say to wait about 3 minutes for most of the steam to release before putting the lid back on but because I set the kettle for a much lower setting I only have to wait a minute or so (I am VERY impatient).   Twist the lid and filter back on the mug, flip the mug and watch the tea steep.  ITS FANTASTIC! 🙂

How convenient is that?  I love it! It’s great for those rush mornings and I don’t have to worry about a tea bag in my mug. Or better yet where to put the thing when it’s done steeping and I wanna drink from my travel mug and it slops down and blocks my drinking spot!  YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!!!

So, you’re not a big tea drinker?  That’s ok because you can use the Libre Tea Mug for cold drinks too.  All their products are BPA free and leak resistant.

    I love my tea, but becuase I am moving to Africa to be with my fiance and his family I am trying to get use to coffee but it is just not as relaxing as my tea. I like the all of them but I think I would prefer the mug. Thank you for such great giveaways.

    I like the large but I’m unsure if it would be too hot to hold onto. So I think the mug is a great choice.

    I would still go for the mug. Even at $32.99 you possibly can’t go wrong. You have the steeper and pretty much a travel mug. They also have an awesome assortment of teas. 🙂 I wish my money was in my account i would have been right ok that!!!
