I don’t know – I don’t have kids yet. But I know when I was in elementary it was all about the Trapper Keeper! I had to have the newest prettiest Lisa Frank Trapper Keeper every year!

I think an organizer is important as kids have so many assignments and dates to keep up with. It doesn’t hurt to simplify the process for them.
I would have to say notebooks and pencils/pens but my 11 year old would say one of those trapper keeper binders!

New clothes/shoes, the supply list is so different than when I was in school-the ‘normal’ items aren’t neccessarily needed, everything is electronic nowadays! wow-I feel old now (38), my kids are teens so the ‘fun’ stuff isn’t cool.
A must-have for kids going back to school is a great backpack or messenger bag!
