OMG… I LOVE THESE! I love these inserts so much. I followed the directions and placed the GelThotics under the inserts in my shoes I wear to work; it took a few days to get used to the feel of them but they made such a difference. I work on concrete floors for eight hours a day, five days a week and have severe heel pain in my feet, more so in the right foot and these inserts made it feel like I was standing and walking on a pillow! It took a few more days to relieve the pain and the need to ice my heel after each night of work.
