1Sol California Swimwear – Review & Giveaway!

Well, let me start this off by saying that bloggers work……..they work HARD!!!!!!!  And it is getting awesome summer fun time products like this 1Sol Swimwear swimsuit, that makes it all that much more rewarding and just plain FUN to be a blogger!!!

I was fortunate enough to be able to review the Vivi One Piece (in Mystic Mayan color) swimsuit from 1Sol Swimwear!!  It came packaged in this super fun box:

1Sol Swimwear on Africa's BlogWhile I chose the one piece suit, 1Sol Swimwear has multitudes of bikini’s as well as tankini,s all of which are sold as separates, which is a key element for me in selecting a swim suit as my top doesn’t quite match my bottom 😉  so I cannot buy suits that do not have this option!!

But in saying that………..I did choose the one piece and I in no way felt as if it was any less flattering than any of their two piece suits would be have been.  I am not one to reveal much ‘skin’ in any given situation, so I love the moderate coverage that the Vivi swimsuit provides, yet it is still ‘lady like’ and feminine with a fun halter and straps that are adjustable.

The suit says it is to be hand washed, I don’t know about you, but I am not a fan of laundry so when it came time to wash this suit, after spending most of the 4th in the pool due to our 105 degree temperatures, I simply soaked the suit in some soapy water, then rinsed it out and allowed it to lay flat to dry!!  Super easy, super quick and we are ready to head off to the beach or pool again.

    I am picky when it comes to swimsuits. I no longer wear two pieces as I did in my younger days. I love the Tankinis they sell especially the Cleo. These have full coverage and I love the fabic!

    When I get home from the pool I always rinse out my suit and hang it to dry that way it doesnt need to be washed very often

    Their bathing suits come in all styles and the two pieces are sold as seperate pieces. They have a nice silky smooth texture.

    I love they have everything as separates..much easier to order. You picked a really nice one piece. In stores the one piece selection is mediocre..these are very stylish.

    I’m like you, or at least I used to be. It was so hard finding a two piece that actually went together because my top is bigger than my bottom, so it was always mix and match.

I have a pretty tight stomach but for some reason still am uncomfortable bearing my stomach, I have no idea why, so these are great with a good variety to choose from!

    Separates are an important issue for me also when it comes to swimwear, I usually stay away from one pieces because they aren’t flattering, but it sounds like the one you chose was a nice fit and I liked the print, overall 1Sol sounds like an excellent company.
