Caring Candies – Review & Giveaway!!!

May 30, 2012 By Africa

Caring Candies – The Really Healthy Stuff Company

CANDY… My most favorite food group EVER!!!

I was contacted by the REHEST (Really Healthy Stuff) company to try their homemade candies… I jumped at the chance and boy am I glad I did!! I was like a kid in a candy shop when I received my “Caring Candies” package in the mail!!!

Caring Candies Lollies
YUMMY Delicious!!!

Caring Candies was started by a frustrated Mom and Dad who were looking for healthier, more natural foods.  They found Caring Candies of South Africa making handcrafted, all-natural sugar-free candy that everyone can enjoy without all the nasty ingredients of typical candy.  They are made without artificial sweeteners, synthetic flavors or colors, preservatives, gluten and fat – and also very important in this day and age is that Caring Candies are free from the top 10 common allergens.  Caring Candies are VERY low on the Glycemic Index so no worries about spikes in sugar level (great for diabetics).  Caring Candies are distributed in the USA exclusively by The Really Healthy Stuff Company (or REHEST), which was started by Bianca Oliveira Riethmueller together with Heather Flaherty, RN, click HERE to find out more about this unique company!!!

THE BEST PART… I didn’t tell Jeanna they were ‘healthy’ candies only homemade ones I wanted her to try and she says they are the best tasting candies EVER!!!  The candies are soo sweet she still doesn’t know they have WAY less sugar! HAHA

Caring Candy

The lollipops are handmade into spirals and bonbons on a stick … the vibrant colors are from natural sources such as turmeric, paprika, red cabbage and beets.  And Caring Candies are also available in bonbons (little hard candies) so adults can enjoy a sweet treat as well without worrying about calories!  Every morning as I head out to work I grab a sucker or a couple pieces of candy, I am definitely going to be sad when they’re gone 🙁

CARING CANDIES HANDCRAFTED SOURz

I am definitely going to have to go online and order some more from REHEST – Really Healthy Stuff on Amazon they  are THAT delicious, and the prices are so reasonable for something that is healthy for you and safe for your little ones who suffer with food allergies!!!  An additional bonus about ordering this candy online is if you’re a PRIME member you get FREE shipping, but even if you are not a prime member you can still get free shipping on orders over $25!!

Besides from REHEST’s Website, you can also follow them via their Facebook page to stay up to date with everything YUMMY 🙂

The awesome owners of REHEST have been kind enough to sponsor a package of goodies for a lucky readers of Africa’s Blog, all you have to so is enter via the rafflecopter entry form below!!!

GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY HEALTHY SNACKING!!!

All of the candy looked delicious but I really would love to try the:
All Natural Sugar-Free Assorted “Sourz” Bonbons
my kids love candy like Sour Patch Kids, and that is far from sugar free, so I would love to give them a tasty alternative that is also better for them.
