I have 2 cats so I use a pet sitter I have her on speed dial.
I have never used either…. but I don’t leave the house much.
So far I haven’t needed either, but we have a nieghbor who would helpout if we needed them.
My dad always kept my dog for me when we went out of town.

i have never brought my dogs to a pet resort, if i were to go somewhere for a long period of time i might think about it, but i would hate to leave them. ive never gone anywhere long enough to have to leave them with anyone
I have my brother take care of em… i have two dogs and it would cost way to much to leave them somewhere.. plus my youngest suffers from severe anxeity…(like needs anti depressant medication bad) so taking him away from home would be a bad idea lol he is afraid of FLIES! haha

We use my niece or brother as our pet sitter and we do the same for them.

I sometimes pet sit for my friend’s Dachshunds.
We never have, we usually get someone to stay at our house
never, we have friends & neighbors who are happy to take care of our cat in our absence!

I have boarded my dog at a kennel for a couple days once.
i have 2 adult daughters who work full time, and cannot travel with us, they usually stay at the house with my 2 dogs and 4 cats
