  Well it is the middle, actually almost the end of January, so how well are you doing with your New Years Resolutions?? Personally I’m not doing great, but I have found a definite helper in my resolution to be healthier!!     To be honest I have never been to a spa before so I do not know what I like or what all they offer I know some of what they offer and I know I like massages but as far as everything else I have no idea I have never had any of it I don’t even get my hair cut at a salon I do it so I am clueless.
