So……. if you didn’t hear about the demise of GFC I thought I’d share the following:
Google Friend Connect – Friend Connect allows webmasters to add social features to their sites by embedding a few snippets of code. We’re retiring the service for all non-Blogger sites on March 1, 2012. We encourage affected sites to create a Google+ page and place a Google+ badge on their site so they can bring their community of followers to Google+ and use new features like Circles and Hangouts to keep in touch.
I made a Google+ page the first day they were released to the public, partly because I’m a geek when it comes to social media and partly because………..Oh who am I kidding, I’m a geek when it comes to social media………DON’T JUDGE

So, if you have a Google+ page, please add me to your page and let me know you did so I can add you back. If you don’t have a page I highly recommend making one – all the cool kids are doing it LOL!!

On a few people it said “they must add me to a circle before I can add them back.” Are some of these regular accts and not pages. Is that the problem there?

I am not thrilled with the GFC going away, but as a blogger, I have roll with the changes!
