Needing Inspiration……..

What Inspires YOU?

People who know me know that I am constantly on the go, whether that be actually going to an ice arena or sitting at home for an entire Sunday doing homework, there is always something that has to be done.  I don’t usually have ‘down time,’ like at all.  Therefore, when I do get some it is greatly enjoyed and I try to make the most of it.
This weekend I was able to arrange two tickets to the MN Wild game vs the St Louis Blues, through an awesome blogging friend (LIFE WITH LEVI) who was gracious enough to sell them to me.   And after the month end week I had at work I needed it and Jeanna and I needed some time together as I worked really late every night and we basically hadn’t seen one another all week except to say goodnight and good morning!!

So Saturday evening, after an extended nap by both Jeanna and myself, you know one of those naps when you PASS OUT and cannot wake up even though you know you have a ton of homework to do……yeah one of those (4 hour) naps, we headed off to the Xcel Energy Center for the game.  The original plan was to go for dinner somewhere and then ride the bus to the game, but that fell through with the extended nap LOL!  We paid $5 extra to park across the road from the “X” and headed into the arena.

It’s these nights, these moments that inspire me to keep going, to keep myself motivated to be able to ‘last’ until the next time we get a few hours for ourselves, to enjoy each other’s company without the stress of everyday life!!  Jeanna inspires me!!!!
