I usually don’t have much in the line of inspiration dedicated posts…..but I stumbled upon this picture on Pinterest last week and I really LOVE it!!! Especially as the season is starting up and I realize that while I THINK I am in shape I really have a lot of work to do!! Granted I could be and have been in worse shape in the beginning of past seasons, but I love the words in this picture and hope I can use them to motivate myself to get my butt to the gym more often!!!

This was a wonderful post! It’s something we can all appreciate at one time or another. No one is truly exempt from needing to get in shape or overcome some bad habit.
