well this sorta was a busy weekend……which forced me to be somewhat delayed with Saturday/Day 13’s post.
But never fear I am getting caught up and determined to finish this 30 day challenge.
The topic to be discussed today (or Saturday, however you look at it) is about writing a letter to someone who has hurt you recently. While I am a rather emotional person and I allow myself to get worked up/upset about items a little too easily, I can say with certainty that while I have being hurt in the past it has been some time since this has happened and I am totally ok with that. And those who have hurt me in the past I have processed, worked through and taken from the situations what I can as important life lessons. I choose not to allow it to be a constant drain on my energy as certain people who are in our past are there for a reason…….I only look forward now to what I can achieve for myself, for my relationship with Jeanna, for our future together, my career, hockey/officiating, etc……
There, I guess that wasn’t that hard to write at all and it is rather uplifting realizing how far I’ve come!!!
